Order Cancellation Policy

Please contact us in writing via E-Mail (info@analysensiebe.de) in the case you wish to cancel an order. Customers can cancel purchase orders of standard catalogue products at any time prior to packing for shipment.   Cancellation of custom products, non-catalogue products and not inventoried products may be rejected or alternatively be subject to cancellation fees.

Returns Policy

Blau-Metall accepts convenience returns of standard catalogue products (where the customer has ordered items they do not require), within 30 calendar days of delivery by our logistics provider (proof of delivery date), subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee of the invoiced value of the products being returned (minimum €25). This returns policy only applies to products which are in a unused, re-saleable condition. This returns policy does not apply to

  • products which have been discontinued,
  • products which are personalized or customized,
  • products not purchased from Blau-Metall,
  • products which are outdated, shelf-worn, used or defaced, or
  • products which are expired or with an expiration date too short for re-sale.

Returns of customized products, non-catalogue products, and not inventoried products are not permitted. Please contact us directly for further details on the return procedure.

This policy does not affect customer’s right to return products that develop faults or fail to perform to specifications during the applicable warranty period.

Shipping returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return shipment and carry the full cost of the return delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. No refunds will be issued in case an item is lost in transit.

Shipping Error / Damage Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a reasonable inspection of all delivered items immediately after the acceptance of the goods. Obvious external damage must be notified to Blau-Metall within a maximum of 7 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents evidencing the external damages (i.e. digital photos). Delivery errors (e.g. wrong product, wrong quantities) and physical damage to products visible from a standard -out of box- inspection must be notified to Blau-Metall within a maximum of 30 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents (i.e. digital photos). In the absence of such notifications, goods shall be assumed to be delivered in an undamaged condition.
